A spacious living room with entertainment center and abundant seating in a two tiered deck that overlooks the famous Cabbage Beach. The full size kitchen has everything needed to prepare for a big gathering as if you were in your own home and a large dining room lead out to a party size patio overlooking the ocean. After your adventurous day in the sun, sneak away to the entertainment loft with TV, computer, game table and more that opens to the beautiful living room below.

Unique to villa #17 is the private fifth bedroom suite, perfect for your parents or staff. With their own kitchenette and comfy living area, they can be close enough to join you at any time, yet get away to relax on their own. This private area has it’s own outside entrance, as well as direct access to the main area from inside the villa.

As with all of our condos, you have full access to our private pool and all areas of the property, including a secure stairway to the beach that only our guests can use.
