Here are our booking rules and policies:

Check-out: 11am

There is a $100.00 service charge assessed on all cancellations. If cancellation is made 14 days prior to the due date of arrival, the deposit is refunded, less the service charge. If cancellation is made within 14 days of arrival, then the deposit is not refunded.

Our Holiday rates and rules go into effect from December 20 – January 3 of each year. Any stays during that time have a 7 night minimum stay. All rates are per accommodation per night, quoted in US dollars. Rates as shown above do not include 10% Government Tax, 8% Resort Levy, $3.50 per-night per-adult maid fee, and maid gratuity. Extra person is $30 per person per day. Every effort will be made to provide the unit you have chosen when booking online. If unit maintenance or other conditions beyond our control necessitate it, we reserve the right to provide you with equal, or better accommodations at the original booking rate.

50% Deposit due at time of reservation.

A $20 key deposit is required for each key received by guests. Deposit is due at time of reservation.
